Our target customers

Our target customer is a business between 1-50 users, usually in a business services environment, such as a firm of accountants, lawyers, marketing or PR agencies, however not exclusively so as we have many manufacturers and even a 3G network provider on our books! Generally we help people with less than satisfactory IT systems, either you have an IT service provider and are not happy with them, or you have no support and would like professional support going forward.

Past experience

With a degree in Economics and Management and having worked as an accountant (ACA) for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (a "big four" firm) I have brought this knowledge and experience to my business. More recently I was a Management and Systems Consultant delivering Prince 2 projects in a public sector environment for IT systems & finance process improvements before deciding I would like to take on a bigger challenge as a commercial business manager
