Peter is a dynamic executive and business coach with over 10 years experience managing his own company and over 20 years senior and middle leadership and management experience (within a particularly difficult public sector agency,) all of which delivered extensive change results for his clients. His background ranges from managing large cultural and organisational change projects to working with major companies such as the Royal Bank of Scotland, Highlands and Islands, Birmingham City Council, Sytner Car Group and Scottish Water, as well as a variety of SME companies across the UK. In addition to his excellent Executive and Business Coaching skills he has specialist experience in Leadership and Management Programs, communications, strategic and business planning and people development systems. Coaching has been the primary Leadership and Management style Peter has used throughout his extensive career to date, and he is passionate about the outcomes that his clients experience when working with him. His direct and hands on approach ensures his clients are challenged whilst his sense of humour ensures lots of enjoyment along the way.

I worked in the Scottish Prison Service for over 18 years most of which were in senior managerial positions. I project managed a major cultural change programme and led many of the main sub groups. I was responsible for reporting to the two SPS Board Area Directors, responsibilities included analysing and reporting on strategic plans for 23 prisons, communications, and mentoring, training and organisational change. I've been able to use my qualifications in psychology and business, as well as other related areas, together with a wide ranging experience of adaptive behaviour to bring my clients a professional and flexible range of adaptive and change programmes.
