At Carbon Friendly Lighting Ltd, we take energy conservation very seriously to which end we are always looking at ways to reduce the running cost of existing lighting installations. We have designed and manufactured Conversion Kits to convert existing T12 & T8 luorescent fittings to the new T5 lamps, incorporating HF control gear. These have been designed for ease of installation, keeping installation costs to a minimum. This has been achieved by manufacturing each unit to fit the existing light fitting, doing away with any disposal. We are able to convert battens from 600mm to 2400mm single or twin including IP65, 600x600 & 1200x600mm modules. These conversations are ideal where disturbing the existing installation will cause problems, due to, installation cost, decoration, asbestos ect. Ideally suited for use in Schools, Offices, Warehoused, Retail Outlets or basically any application to reduce running costs and increase lamp maintenance. Levels of illumination are one particular area where concerns can be raised. We overcome this concern by providing trials, which enables the client to see the proposed lighting levels once conversion has taken place. Should a client wish to use his own installation personnel, we will provide training to show how the conversions should be installed. We also offer a 5 year guarantee on control gear with a 3 year guarantee on lamps. Subject to manufactures guidelines.
