I am Italian, married with two grown up sons and live in North London.

My background is in Personnel and Training. I worked with an international firm of chartered accountants for 20 years. For the last 15 years I have been working from home, as a partner (with my husband Petere who is a Chartered Accountant) in P&A Associates which offers consultancy to small/medium firms or chartered accountants in the compliance with Auditing and Accountancy Ethical Standards (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of Certified Accounants).

I also work part time in the Mental Health Trust in Barnet

I have always enjoyed mentoring and life coaching (especially within the health and wellbeing industry) and I support people in being the best they can be. I have come across a quote by Plato which expresses my belief: "You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him to find it within himself".  I am committed to helping people to define their own visions and goals in life and find their own well being at a physical, mental and spiritual level. By them being successful and fulfilled, I too, experience joy and fulfilment.

I love running (half marathons) and it is my intention to run full marathons in the near future.

 I completed my formal studies in Rome - Italy (Business administration)

Just recently I completed a Diploma in Life Coaching with Noble-Manhattan
